Immigration Voice is reporting that an announcement from the USCIS on how it plans to handle the July VB mess is imminent. What concoction has the USCIS come up with? I won’t speculate but will update you as soon as I learn anything.

Eagle-eyed readers have informed me that some of the links to newspapers on this site require a paid subscription. I apologize for this. When I find the articles, I read them without subscription and then post the link directly. To read the articles, you may want to try doing a google news search for the topic (such as “Visa Bulletin”) and see if the relevant article appears. I have found that subscription or payment is usually not required to read the articles in these cases.
No updates or announcements as of yet relating to the July Visa Bulletin.

According to a Wall Street Journal article, an announcement regarding the CIS changing course on its decision to reject all July I-485 filings that were current on June 12 and unavailable on July 2 should be expected shortly.
